What is Learn4Life?

We are a collaborative effort made up of people and organizations committed to our region. We have a vested interest in making sure all students, especially those furthest from opportunity–our Black, Latinx, and low-income students, succeed, because we know metro Atlanta’s long-term vitality and prosperity depends on our commitment to educating our young people and preparing the next generation of leaders and citizens. Working together, we leverage our skills and resources to address specific outcomes along the cradle to career continuum.

Learn4Life Equity Stance

The ultimate aim of L4L work is to improve meaningful life outcomes across the cradle-to-career continuum for students historically underserved by the education system in Metro Atlanta. To achieve our aim, we must identify and address opportunity gaps experienced by underserved students, and illuminate the impact of systemic inequities on educational outcomes, especially for low-income and Black and Brown students. By identifying and accelerating “Bright Spots” across metro Atlanta, we inform and inspire stakeholders to create opportunities for all underrepresented students in our region to achieve their true potential.

School District Partners

Learn4Life concentrates on improving student progress in metro Atlanta’s five core counties, which include eight school systems. Together, these systems serve more than 600,000 students.
