Dennis Lockhart

Dennis Lockhart is the former president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. In that capacity, he sat on the Federal Open Market Committee for his term of ten years, 2007-17. He currently has an appointment at Georgia Tech as a distinguished-professor-of-the-practice in the Nunn School of International Affairs. Since retiring from the Fed in 2017, his public policy interests have included national infrastructure policy. In July, he completed a year as a senior fellow in the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at the Kennedy School at Harvard where he studied infrastructure issues. He currently serves on three for-profit boards and various non-profit boards and advisory councils. He resides in Atlanta.
